Cody Simmons, owner of LA Manufactured Homes, is a third-generation mobile home installer and mover, who began transporting mobile homes at fifteen years old. After starting his own business at 24 and owning a retail company at thirty, LA Manufactured Homes is now the only locally owned and operated retailer in the area. Their team strives to make sure every customer is well-informed and taken care of through the journey towards homeownership. They address all needs for customers’ new homes, including land, water, electric, septic, appliances, and more. Their company sells single, double, and triple wide homes, all manufactured and modular. LA Manufactured Homes was voted Best Manufactured Home retailer in 2022 and 2023 and are members of the SWLA Chamber of Commerce since 2023. To help their community, they raffle off food and gift cards to those in need around the holidays, and they sponsor the local newspaper and sports.
